It’s on. A late-Summer food truck rodeo with entertainment by GOUGE Wrestling. And you can only find it this weekend at Rebus Works in Boylan Heights from 5-10pm.
Highlights for the Saturday Market, 9am-1pm, include the LoMo Market—which offers Locals Seafood every week. And don’t miss Tiny Farm, Pinhole Farms, Part & Parcel, and Liberty Poultry who will feature fresh fruits, veggies, and more. We also have Sweets Raleigh, Scratch Bakery and Farm 2 Your Table brining wonderful handmade goodies.
The food truck this week at The Market is Captain Poncho’s Tacos.
Food truck rodeo and GOUGE Wrestling
From 5-10pm Rebus Works will host a benefit for The Saturday Market and Cirque de Vol with a Food Truck Rodeo with GOUGE Wrestling and Cirque de Vol Fire Dancing. What a great preview to next months SPARKcon.
There will be plenty of beverages as well with Big Boss’ Angry Angel and LoneRider’s Sweet Josie on tap and ice cold cans of Mother Earth’s Second Wind, Modelo Especial, and PBR.
We’ve heard that Raleighites enjoy a good food truck rodeo, so come on out and support your local vendors.
What is The Saturday Market?
Rebus Works gallery, located next to the Boylan Street Bridge, downtown Raleigh, began The Saturday Market at Rebus Works in April 2011. The market continues weekly through November. The idea is to combine farmers, crafters, and food and beverage trucks in one location. Although the idea is not new, it is new to Raleigh. The Saturday Market offers a unique setting where vendors are set up along a meandering path, past the chicken coop and gardens, right in the heart of downtown Raleigh.
The Saturday Market is located at 301-2 Kinsey Street, (next to the Boylan Street Bridge) Raleigh, NC and is open every Saturday from 9-1pm and will continue through November 17.
