BYO yoga mat and water to this free event and get centered with yoga in the park! All fitness levels welcome. On the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month: Gentle Flow Yoga for all levels and 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month: Yin Yoga—Meditative, Deep Stretch for all levels.
