rebusworks-logoThere are so many wonderful foods grown in North Carolina all year long and with the support of our vendors like the LoMo Market and Double T Farm we have decided to continue The Saturday Market at Rebus Works through the winter and right into the spring, summer, and fall. There are always fresh vegetables, bread, eggs, milk, cheese, fruit, coffee, seafood, beef, pork, poultry and beer at the market. Venture inside Rebus Works and enjoy coffee, hot cocoa, Locopops, Elemental Chocolates, and seating. And we now offer a variety of cold beers and sodas inside Rebus Works as well!

We have some great food trucks lined up for the following weeks too! Their names are in order starting with January 19 through February 23: Big City Sandwiches, Captain Ponchos Tacos, Deli-icious, Humble Pig, Chicken-n-Que and Sarge’s Chef on Wheels. Each truck will offer breakfast and lunch.

Donation Yoga at The Saturday Market is from 10-11am inside Rebus Works and instructors change weekly. Yoga classes are designed to introduce the community to yoga in a fun, safe and accessible manner. Each week one of our certified instructors will teach a class in their particular brand of yoga. This gives students an opportunity to experience different teaching styles and instructors and a chance to reach out to the community. Instructors are: the first Saturday of the month is Kristen Rice-Gira, the second Saturday is Louisa Kemmer, the third Saturday is Robin Kullber, the forth Saturday is Ilona Harabin and the floaters or fill-in instructors are Amy FitzGerald and John McDonald.

The Saturday Market

Rebus Works gallery, located next to the Boylan Street Bridge, downtown Raleigh, began The Saturday Market at Rebus Works in April of 2011. The market continues weekly every Saturday and is within biking distance of surrounding communities. The idea is to combine farmers, crafters, and food trucks in one location. Although the idea is not new, it is new to Raleigh. The Saturday Market offers a unique setting where visitors can meander down path, past the chicken coop and gardens, right in the heart of downtown Raleigh.

The Saturday Market is located at 301-2 Kinsey Street, (next to the Boylan Street Bridge) Raleigh, NC and is open every Saturday from 10-1pm and will continue year round.
