The area is well connected through the I-40 beltline and other highways, and the free R-Line bus service circulates downtown. SouthWestRaleigh is a 20-minute drive from RDU International Airport.
Shopping is plentiful in SouthWestRaleigh. The NC State Farmers Market and Downtown Farmers Market are great options for fresh, local food; and grocery stores Harris Teeter, Food Lion, the Fresh Market, and Whole Foods are located across the district.
