Southwest Raleigh is home to some of the best restaurants in the area. Each week Raleigh Specials Tonight will feature a few of these restaurants in Raleigh’s Creative District. Be sure to check here before planning your night out this week.

This week we feature Cantina 18, City Limits Saloon, and The Borough.

Cantina 18

• Known for: Mexican food and their delicious strawberry vanilla sangria.
  
• When to go: They have drink specials Monday – Friday, but you should definitely go on Friday because they have $5 glasses of their awesome sangria.

City Limits Saloon

• Known for: Being a wild and crazy country music bar.
  
• When to go: On Thursday, they are throwing a “Back to School” Foam Party. Ladies get in free before 11 PM. There will be $2 beer specials, $4 Vodka Redbulls and $4 Kamikazes!

The Borough

• Known for: This popular popular neighborhood bar is know for its atmosphere and their awesome bartenders. There’s always a crowd here, but somehow you never have to wait long for your drinks or food.
  
• When to go: Every Monday – Friday they have half-price appetizers from 4 – 7 pm.
