Have you been looking for a scary event to jump start your excitement for Halloween? Lucky for you, the Raleigh Jaycees Haunted House has returned after a one-year hiatus. Building on the recurring “Terror at Possum Creek” story, this year’s theme is “Terror at Possum Creek: Power Outage” and the house is located at 2526 Hillsborough St across from NC State. “The location being so close to several colleges and on the recently renovated Hillsborough St will help us attract more people who will tell their friends about it,” said co-chair David Crutchfield.
Co-chair Becca Easley, said “Word of mouth is definitely spreading. We’ve overheard pedestrians on Hillsborough St talk about the haunted house, so it’s fun to hear the excitement building for the house.”
