Skipping work this afternoon? Some of us are too. It’s the ACC Tournament–and that’s good enough reason for us. We found some great things happening in the Creative District, read our stories from this week.

See the first of it’s kind, a two-story Chick-fil-A at Cameron Village, then indulge in the upcoming Raleigh Tamale Festival. And while we don’t have a post about this, the Run for the Oaks 5k, supporting Raleigh’s Neighborwoods program, is happening near Moore Square on Saturday morning (3/10). Watch out for street closures in that area.

The big news for us this week is the Creative District Wiki Day on March 17. It will be a great chance for you to learn about the Triangle Wiki and start contributing. Jason Hibbets will be on the Citizens Advisory Council circuit next week visiting the Southwest CAC and Hillsborough CAC to spread the word. If you’re on Facebook, sign-up and share this event: http://www.facebook.com/#!/events/230882480341124/

Have a great weekend in the Creative District!
