Join City of Raleigh Planning and Development at the Urban Design Center (UDC), 133 Fayetteville Street, Downtown Raleigh on Wednesday, June 20, 2012 at 12 Noon to 1:30 p.m. for a lunch forum featuring Housing in the 21st Century: Design, Financing, Strategic Partnerships, and Return on Investment.

Join host Michele Grant, Director, City of Raleigh Community Development and presenters Valerie Molloy, Program Manager, Loan Division, City of Raleigh Community Development and Gregg Warren, President, DHIC, Inc. They will cover the following topics:

  • What is the ‘diversity of housing’ encompassed in Community Development’s projects?
  • What are some of the key strategic partnerships necessary for success?
  • How are projects assembled including land, financing, construction, and management and is there an ROI strategy?
