It’s a party that was 125 years in the making. And it was worth the wait.
Packapalooza delivered and it delivered big. Thousands of people, students, faculty, staff, and community members attended the activities on Hillsborough Street. Live bands, performances, an art zone, a sports zone, international booths, campus organizations and clubs, Greek village, and more.
The end of the evening saw Carolina Liar entertain the crowd. On the Belltower stage, Chancellor W. Randolph Woodson shows his musical talent with the headliner. He grabs a bass guitar and plays with the band during Packapalooza.

Then the crowd of thousands chants RED-WHITE, RED-WHITE, RED-WHITE, during Packapalooze while the Belltower lights up red in celebration of the biggest birthday party in North Carolina.
