Lawn chairs, blankets, picnic baskets, and live music—the perfect combination for relaxing on a Sunday evening and preparing for the week ahead. The City of Raleigh Parks & Recreation Department’s concert series begins Sunday, May 26 and continues through the summer.
The concerts will feature a variety of music and alternate between Fred Fletcher Park or Pullen Park on Sunday evenings. Concerts begin at 6:00 pm (unless otherwise noted) and are FREE. Don’t forget to bring a lawn chair, blanket, and a picnic dinner.

- Sun, June 2 at Fred Fletcher Park – Milagro Saints (folk, rock, country and Americana)
- Sun, June 9 at Pullen Park
- 5pm: Brook Hatala (local singer/songwriter)
- 5:30 pm: Village Band (sousa and concert marches, show tunes, traditional band music)
- 7:30 pm: Tight Squeeze (classic rock, blues, country)
- Sat, June 15 at Pullen Park – Ed Stephenson & The Paco Band (spanish music and Nuevo flamenco ensemble); note the special Saturday concert
- Sun, June 16 at Fred Fletcher Park – Sandbox (fun, twang, interactive children’s music)
- Sun, June 23 at Pullen Park – One Tribe (rhythm band)
- Sun, June 30 at Fred Fletcher Park – The Gravy Boys (acoustic Americana music)
Fred Fletcher Park is located at 820 Clay Street and Pullen Park is located at 520 Ashe Ave.
