Dalat Oriental Restaurant

- Known for: Consistently winning “Best of” awards. They have an extensive menu that should please vegetarians and omnivores alike. Try the Vietnamese Crepes.
- When to go: When you can’t decide if you want Chinese or Vietnamese cuisine.
Backyard Bistro
1235 Hurricane Alley Way., Raleigh, NC
- Known for: Being more than just sports bar – they take food seriously. Their entrees are amazing.
- When to go: On Friday’s, they have $3 NC drafts.
The Pit
328 W. Davie St., Raleigh NC
- Known for: Having some of the best BBQ, and nice digs to go along with it.
- When to go: If you have guests, they will probably want to come here. The Pit has been featured in a number of publications, including Zagat and Southern Living.
