The Oxford

  • Known for: Being Raleigh’s premier Gastropub.
  • When to go: They have 1/2 off appetizers Monday-Friday from 3-6pm. They also have daily drink specials.

Tobacco Road Sports Cafe
222 Glenwood Ave, Raleigh NC

  • Known for: Being a high-class sports bar with excellent food and PLENTY of TVs.
  • When to go: They have a $3 Happy Hour menu Monday-Friday with items such as mac and cheese and East Carolina BBQ sandwiches. This special menu is available from 4 -6pm and 11pm-1am.

  • Known for: delicious frozen custard.
  • When to go: They have a featured flavor every day, but the time to go is October when they have their Pumpkin Spice concrete.
