David Diaz, President & CEO of the Downtown Raleigh Alliance (DRA), will be providing an update on the downtown business district at the next Southwest Citizens Advisory Council (CAC) on Monday, Ocotber 3, 2011, 7:00pm at Ray Price Harley-Davidson. Learn how the DRA works with a variety of stakeholders to revitalize the downtown business district. Consider how the DRA can foster a strong partnership with the SWCAC and bring your ideas.
New business items for the SWCAC include a reminder about local elections happening on October 11. The elections include two bonds, one for housing and the other for transportation. We will also nominate a secretary for SWCAC to grow the leadership team.
This month, the SWCAC will be meeting at Ray Price Harley-Davidson, 1126 South Saunders Street, Raleigh, NC.
