The Eastern North Carolina Iris Society Show is happening this Sunday, April 29, 2012 from 12:00–5:00 pm. It just so happens to be an American Iris Society accredited show and sponsored by the Eastern North Carolina Iris Society in Cooperation with the North Carolina Garden Club and the JC Raulston Arboretum.

You’ll have the chance to see modern iris hybrids and artistic arrangements featuring irises in this judged show. Bring your questions about irises and get information on growing, digging, dividing, planting, and purchasing. Take a look at the schedule for the day:

  • 8:00–10:00 am – Entries accepted
  • 10:30 am–12:00 pm – Judging
  • 12:00–5:00 pm – Public admitted to the show

Entering the show

To enter iris stalks in the Horticulture Division, an exhibit in the Educational Division, or a design in the Artistic Division, contact Susan Grigg at [email protected].
