Located just north of North Carolina State University, University Park is comprised of a mix of older and newer homes interlaced with a network of greenways and parks. With Hillsborough Street to the south and Cameron Village Shopping Center to the east, the neighborhood offers plenty of shopping, food, and entertainment.
