RecoveryNC, North Carolina’s leading campaign for people in recovery from drug and alcohol addiction, will host a candlelight vigil on April 30th at 7:00 pm on Halifax Mall, directly behind the Legislative Office Building in Raleigh.

“Every year, 650,000 citizens in our state suffering from the disease of addiction go without treatment and recovery services”, said Donna Cotter, Director of RecoveryNC. “Our elected officials need to understand this crisis and hear from this community—that’s why we are gathering in their backyard.”

RecoveryNC is encouraging individuals in recovery, as well as their friends and family to be a part of this landmark event. For more information visit www.recoverync.org
