The RunRaleigh Half Marathon road race will have several road closures on the morning of April 15, 2012. The race will impact Cameron Village, Hillsborough Street, Ashe Avenue, and Western Blvd from 7a-10:30am. We have a detailed list of which roads will be closed at what times. Please make alternative plans if traveling in this area during the scheduled race time.

Churches along the route have been notified. Residents and businesses on the route will be notified this week. The RunRaleigh Half Marathon benefits three local Wake County Charities: SPCA of Wake County, Raleigh Police Memorial Foundation, and SWOOP. The race is also promoting the use of the Walnut Creek Greenway in Southeast and Southwest Raleigh.
