Join the Southwest Citizens Advisory Council (SWCAC) with newly elected co-chairs, Connie Crumpler and Anthony McLeod, as they review the rezoning petition for Z-26-12. The rezoning involves 1.71 acres near the intersection of Lake Wheeler Road and Tryon Road.
Chad Essick, attorney at Poyner Spruill, will present the rezoning case Z-26-12 and answer any questions. The petitioners are looking to rezone the property from Office & Institutional – 1 CUD to Neighborhood Business CUD. The SWCAC will vote on the rezoning case.
Also on the agenda, attendees at the meeting will be asked to share what is happening in their community. The SWCAC will have monthly reports from Raleigh Police Department and Parks and Recreation and the group will attend to other SWCAC business.
