Boundary changes: discussion to adjust the boundary of the WCAC and SWCAC along Trailwood – Periodically the RCAC discusses adjusting CAC boundaries to better align the community to changes in growth and development. These changes are worked out between the individual CAC’s and then brought before City Council for approval. The proposed adjustment in the WCAC and SWCAC boundary would affect the Trailwood neighborhood. December’s discussion leaned toward bringing the residents on the east side of Trailwood into the WCAC.
Land Use Planning
Planning Cases: Z-1-11, Southeast corner of Avent Ferry and Gorman. Proposed changes are: O&I- CUD (4.87 ac) & CM (4.25 ac) to O&I-CUD (6.15 ac) & CM (2.12ac). The petitioner proposes to adjust the conservation management (CM) area to the boundary of the newly established flood plain designation.
