From the MBA Students Market Research Team, Jenkins Graduate School of Management at North Carolina State University:
In a recent survey it was discovered that 60% of the students who turn down acceptance letters to NC State list the poor condition of Hillsborough Street as one of the reasons.
It’s common to hear people make comments about Hillsborough Street and how it could be better. This is especially true around the NC State campus. Hillsborough Street is commonly referred to as run-down, uninteresting, not aesthetically pleasing, etc. The recent improvements to the east end of the street have been a step in the right direction. We need your help to continue these improvements. If you are concerned with the image and success of this area, as well as our university, please take a few minutes to provide your feedback.
We would like to know what you think Hillsborough Street needs moving forward to transform and improve its appearance and success. Please participate in the following survey.
Update on 11/3: The survey is scheduled to close on November 10, 2011.
